This Blueberry Mojito ALMOST forgives you for shopping for Halloween decorations in August. But really it just wants you to spend one last afternoon sitting in a kiddie pool in your backyard with arm floaties on and vibing to music from 20 years ago.

Ingredients
Blueberry Purée
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
Blueberry Mojito
- 8 mint leaves
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1.5 oz Blueberry Purée
- 2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz Fireball
- 1/2 oz pomegranate liqueur
- 1/2 oz simple
- 1/2 bottle Fever Tree Tonic
- Mint sprig, for garnish
- Lime wheel, for garnish
- Lemon wheel, for garnish
Instructions
Blueberry Purée
- Blend ingredients until smooth. Transfer to storable container. Chill until ready for use.
Blueberry Mojito
- Add mint, lime, and lemon to shaker. Muddle for about 10 seconds.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except for tonic) and ice. Shake until well-chilled. Using a bar strainer, pour shaker contents into a pint glass filled with ice. Top with tonic. Garnish with mint sprig and lim and lemon wheels. Enjoy!
