Margarita Mocktail Recipe

This Margarita Mocktail swaps out the reposado tequila for a green tea infused with hints of caramel and vanilla to mimic barrel-aging, along with a must-have vegetal note from jalapeño paste. But don’t worry—this drink isn’t spicy at all. Just frighteningly close to the real thing. ¡Viva La Mockarita!

  1. Pour a small pile of Tajin on small plate. Cut slit in lime wedge and run it over the entire rim of a glass a few times so that it’s fully coated. Dip glass in Tajin. Set aside.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into a shaker. Stir without ice until well-combined. Add ice. Stir until chilled (but don’t over-stir—NA beverage are easily over-diluted). Pour shaker into margarita glass. Garnish with lime wheel. Enjoy!
