Ingredients
- Cherry wood chips
- 5-6 cherries, pitted
- 10 thyme sprigs
- 2 oz rye
- 1 oz Carpano Antica
- 5-6 dashes orange bitters
- Lemon peel
- Sprig of thyme, garnish
Instructions
- Torch chips until smoking, then cover with coupe glass. Set aside.
- In a mixing glass, muddle cherries and thyme. Then add rye, Carpano Antica, bitters, and ice. Stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into coupe glass, then garnish with lemon peel and thyme.
