Ingredients
- Fresh mint
- Juice of half lime
- Fresh pineapple
- Fresh cherries, pitted
- Fresh grapefruit
- 2 oz rum (light or dark or both)
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino
- 1/4 oz allspice dram
- Crushed ice
- Sliced cherries, garnish
- Fresh mint, garnish
- Pineapple wedge, garnish
Instructions
- Combine mint, lime, pineapple, cherries, and grapefruit to shaker and muddle well. Add all of the alcohol, then regular ice. Shake well.
- To build glass, fill bottom 1/4 or 1/3 of glass with crushed ice, then add two cherry halves. Repeat twice until glass is full.
- Strain shaker contents into glass. Garnish with fresh mint and pineapple wedge. Enjoy.
