Ingredients

1/2 lemon, juiced
1 rosemary sprig, muddled
2 oz Jameson
1/2 oz pear liqueur
1/4 oz Frangelico
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh pear juice*
Rosemary sprig, for garnish

*Juice ratio = 1/4 lemon juiced for every 1 pear juiced

Instructions

Add lemon and 1 rosemary sprig to shaker. Muddle for about 10 seconds.
Add rest of ingredients and ice to shaker. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
