This V-Day Starter Cocktail takes all the predictable gifts you could ever want for Valentine’s Day and throws them in a cocktail. Roses, chocolate, and rosé wine. What started as a joke turned into quite a tasty cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 2 oz off-dry rosé (Sangiovese or Malbec)
  • 1/2 oz creme de cacao
  • 1/2 oz pomegranate liqueur
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp rose water
  • 1/8 of orange, juiced
  • 1/2 strawberry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except strawberry in shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into glass. Garnish with strawberry.
