These Beef Kebabs with Curry Yogurt Sauce tell your dad to drop the same old pepper and onion kebabs and pick up this Middle Eastern-style beef with an Indian-style dipping sauce.

Ingredients
Curry Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp curry powder (we did 1 Tbsp)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper

- ~1.25 lb beef tri-tip, cut into 1.5” cubes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Half a head of garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Everything Bagel Seasoning

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Curry Yogurt Sauce
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Mix until well-combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready for use (at least 30 mins).
Beef Kebabs with Curry Yogurt Sauce
- In a medium-sized bowl, toss beef with olive oil, then add garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, coriander, and paprika. Mix in beef cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Skewer 4 beef cubes per kebab. Grill kebabs for 1.5 – 2 mins per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest 5-10 mins.
- To serve: on a large plate, spread out a large dollop of Curry Yogurt Sauce. Lay 3 kebabs over yogurt sauce. Serve with side of grilled squash.
