Boursin Lamb Sliders Recipe

This Boursin Lamb Slider recipe combines Middle Eastern seasoning of the lamb with grilled romaine, garlic & herb Boursin cheese, and roasted red peppers. Super quick to make, but LOADED with flavor.

Ingredients
Lamb Slider Patties
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 head garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 onion, grated
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Grilled Romaine
- 2 romaine hearts, halved
- Cracked salt
- Cracked pepper
- Italian dressing
- Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded

- Slider buns
- Roasted red peppers, sliced
- Lamb slider patties
- Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin Cheese
- Grilled romaine third
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Lamb Slider Patties
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all ingredients until well-combined. Be sure not to overwork the lamb.
- Form mini patties about 3” in diameter and 3/4-1” in thickness.
- Preheat oil in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each patty for 1 1/2-2 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Grilled Romaine
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Set the hearts cut side up, then dress with all ingredients to taste.
- Grill the hearts cut-side down for 1-2 minutes or until caramelized but not too dark. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Once cooled, cut each romaine heart into thirds.
