Farmhouse Breakfast Flatbread Recipe

This Farmhouse Breakfast Flatbread will make ALL the cows come home. The ingredients and prep are straightforward but the flavors make breakfast feel fancy af (or lunch or dinner or 2 AM snack).

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of pizza dough
  • 1 Tbsp + 1/4 cup olive oil (at least)
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, halved, slivered, caramelized
  • 1 bunch asparagus, halved length-wise
  • Havarti cheese, freshly shredded
  • Gruyere cheese, freshly shredded
  • Brown sugar smoked ham, sliced
  • 4 large eggs

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Farmhouse Breakfast Flatbread

  1. Preheat oven to 425º.
  2. Cover rectangular sheet pan with foil. Spray foil with Pam. Stretch out dough in an oblong shape.
  3. Parbake dough for 8 minutes. Remove from oven.
  4. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a small pan over medium-heat. Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant but not browned. Transfer garlic to a small ramekin and combine with 1/4 cup oil.
  5. Spread garlic oil evenly over dough to form a base. Cover dough with the rest of toppings except eggs.
  6. Bake for 12 mins. Top with eggs and bake for additional 8-10 mins or until desired egg doneness.
