COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Garlic Dill Pickle Wings

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380º.
  2. In a large bowl, toss wings in oil, then salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cooking in batches without overcrowding the air fryer basket, air fry each batch for 30 minutes total (or until desired doneness), flipping halfway.
  4. While first batch is air frying: In a blender, add 6 Hot ‘N’ Spicy Kosher Dill Pickles, Pickle Juicers, onion powder, and coriander. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
  5. In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender and fragrant.
  6. Whisk in flour until well-combined then continue to cook it for another 2-3 mins, whisking frequently, until bubbly and fragrant.
  7. Whisk in pickle purée and bring to simmer. Continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes, or until desired thickness. Consistency should still be loose enough to drip a bit when wings are tossed in sauce. If sauce is over-reduced, whisk in water 1/4 cup at a time to reach desired consistency. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 Mt. Olive Hot ‘N’ Spicy Kosher Dill Pickles (diced) and chives. Return to burner on lowest setting while whisking occasionally to keep sauce warm until ready for use.
  8. Once each batch of wings is finished, toss in sauce and serve immediately. Enjoy!
