Ingredients
- ~10 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 8 Mt. Olive Hot ‘N’ Spicy Kosher Dill Pickles, divided
- 2 cups Pickle Juicers
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1 stick butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp freshly minced chives

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Garlic Dill Pickle Wings
- Preheat air fryer to 380º.
- In a large bowl, toss wings in oil, then salt and pepper to taste.
- Cooking in batches without overcrowding the air fryer basket, air fry each batch for 30 minutes total (or until desired doneness), flipping halfway.
- While first batch is air frying: In a blender, add 6 Hot ‘N’ Spicy Kosher Dill Pickles, Pickle Juicers, onion powder, and coriander. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender and fragrant.
- Whisk in flour until well-combined then continue to cook it for another 2-3 mins, whisking frequently, until bubbly and fragrant.
- Whisk in pickle purée and bring to simmer. Continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes, or until desired thickness. Consistency should still be loose enough to drip a bit when wings are tossed in sauce. If sauce is over-reduced, whisk in water 1/4 cup at a time to reach desired consistency. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 Mt. Olive Hot ‘N’ Spicy Kosher Dill Pickles (diced) and chives. Return to burner on lowest setting while whisking occasionally to keep sauce warm until ready for use.
- Once each batch of wings is finished, toss in sauce and serve immediately. Enjoy!
