Garlic Hot Wings Recipe
These Garlic Hot Wings are straightforward af. Air-fried. Then tossed in a traditional hot sauce boosted with lots of fresh garlic and a range of spices. When wings are this good, there’s no need to get cute about switching up flavors.

Wing Prep
- 4 – 5 lbs of chicken wings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Garlic Hot Wing Sauce
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 1 head garlic
- 1 1/2 cup Frank’s wing sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Wing Prep
- Break down the chicken wings into drumsticks and flats. Remove the wing tips from the flats.
- Preheat air fryer to 380º.
- In a large bowl, toss wings in oil, then salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook in air fryer for 30 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove from heat and toss in garlic hot wing sauce.
Garlic Hot Wing Sauce
- Place butter and garlic in small bowl in microwave. Heat on 50% until butter is melted. Remove from microwave.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Toss wings in sauce then serve.
