Halloween Marshmallow Treats Recipe

Pumpkin Spice Cheerio Bars

1. Grease a 9” x 9” pan with butter.
2. In a medium-sized pot, melt 3 Tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir till the mixture is completely melted.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. Fold in cereal and toss until cereal is evenly coated with mixture. (We poured the mixture over the cereal already in the 9” x 9” pan, but this was just to make the video more appealing).
4. Pour cereal mixture into 9” x 9” pan. Using a lightly-greased or wetted rubber spatula, spread mixture to fit the pan. Gently press the mixture into the pan so that it’s more compact, but don’t hulk smash it. Top with melted pumpkin spice chocolate chips to taste. Let set for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
