Ingredients

Crostini

  • 2 demi baguettes, 1/2” thick slices on bias
  • Olive oil
  • Cracked salt
  • Cracked pepper

 

Hangry Tomato Bruschetta

  • 12 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, minced
  • 1/4 cup basil paste
  • 12 oz fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Hangry Tomato Bruschetta

Crostini

  1. Preheat oven to 375º.
  2. Drizzle bread slices with oil, then salt and pepper.
  3. Bake on foil-lined baking sheet for 6-8 minutes or until slices are lightly crispy on the outside but still have a good chew.

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well-combined. Chill until ready to serve.
