Ingredients
Crostini
- 2 demi baguettes, 1/2” thick slices on bias
- Olive oil
- Cracked salt
- Cracked pepper
Hangry Tomato Bruschetta
- 12 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, minced
- 1/4 cup basil paste
- 12 oz fresh mozzarella, diced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Drizzle bread slices with oil, then salt and pepper.
- Bake on foil-lined baking sheet for 6-8 minutes or until slices are lightly crispy on the outside but still have a good chew.

- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well-combined. Chill until ready to serve.
