This Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is the no-bake, no-ache, no-shake cake of the summer. Cuz sometimes you just ain’t in the mood for finessing all that stress with a cake from scratch. Just put this Ice Cream Sandwich Cake together in 15 minutes, then go back to taking 62 selfies by the pool until the sun hits your jawline just right. By the time you finally score a postable pic of your #hotgirlsummer, this cake will be frozen and you can attack it like the sugar-toothed tiger you really are.

Ingredients
- Wax paper
- 16-18 Oreos, crushed
- Butterfingers bits
- Whipped topping
- 6 ice cream sandwiches
- Caramel syrup
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
- In a 4.5” x 8.5” bread pan, lay a sheet of wax paper.
- To create a 1/2” thick layer, spread Oreos on wax paper on bottom of bread pan, then top with Butterfinger bits. Ratio of Oreo to Butterfinger should be about 2:1.
- Spread a thin layer of whipped topping on top of Oreo mixture. This will help the ice cream sandwiches stick.
- Arrange 3 ice cream sandwiches on top of Oreo mixture (1 sandwich will have to be cut in half to fit).
- Spread a layer of whipped topping 1/3” thick on top of ice cream sandwiches. Top with 1/3” layer of more Oreo mixture. Drizzle caramel over Oreo mixture. Top with another 1/3” layer of whipped topping.
- Repeat Step #3.
- Top with layer of whipped topping, then caramel, then Oreo mixture.
- Cover with wax paper, then foil. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
