Ingredients

Sriracha Egg Salad

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Sriracha
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Bacon

  • Wild Fork Applewood Smoked Uncured Bacon

 

Burgers & Buns

  • 2 lbs Wild Fork Ground Beef 85% Lean
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Canola oil or vegetable oil
  • 6 slices of American Cheese
  • 6 brioche buns

 

Sriracha Egg Salad Burger

  • 6 brioche buns, toasted
  • Arugula
  • Baby dills, sliced
  • 6 burgers, grilled
  • 12 pieces of bacon

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Sriracha Egg Salad Burger

Sriracha Egg Salad

  1. Add eggs to small pot and fill with water. Bring to boil. Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour out hot water. Leave eggs in pot and run cold water over them for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Peel eggs and set aside.
  3. Dice eggs and transfer to a medium bowl. Add mayo, mustard, Sriracha, salt and pepper. Mix until well-combined. Chill until ready to serve.

 

Bacon

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Lay out bacon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cook in oven for 18-20 minutes (or until desired doneness), rotating pan 180° halfway through. Remove from oven and set aside on paper towels to drain.

 

Burgers & Buns

  1. Preheat grill to 425-450ºF.
  2. Form 6 patties from the ground beef. Season both sides of the patty to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Just before putting the patties on the grill, lightly grease the greats with cooking oil.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and top each patty with a slice of cheese. Continue cooking until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
  5. Toast cut sides of buns, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

 

Sriracha Egg Salad Burger

  1. On bottom bun, lay arugula, pickles, burger, egg salad, bacon, then top bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
