Ingredients

  • 6 small peaches, chunked
  • 1 pineapple, chunked
  • 7 kiwi, sliced into half moons
  • 1 lb strawberries, sliced
  • 3 cups red grapes
  • 18 oz blueberries
  • 1/2 cantaloupe, chunked
  • 1/2 honeydew, chunked
  • 1/4 cup mint, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp honey

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Summer Fruit Salad

  1. In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients except mint, lemon, and honey.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mint, lemon, and honey until well-combined.
  3. Pour honey mixture into fruit bowl and toss until well-coated. Chill until ready to serve.
