Ingredients
- 6 small peaches, chunked
- 1 pineapple, chunked
- 7 kiwi, sliced into half moons
- 1 lb strawberries, sliced
- 3 cups red grapes
- 18 oz blueberries
- 1/2 cantaloupe, chunked
- 1/2 honeydew, chunked
- 1/4 cup mint, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbsp honey
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Summer Fruit Salad
- In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients except mint, lemon, and honey.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mint, lemon, and honey until well-combined.
- Pour honey mixture into fruit bowl and toss until well-coated. Chill until ready to serve.
