Ingredients
- 1 pint blackberries, fresh
- 1/4 cup lavender, dried
- 1 cup Demerara sugar
- 1 cup champagne vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 48 hours.
- Strain fruit mixture into a bowl, pressing with a spoon to fully extract the juice.
- Transfer juice to storable bottle or container. Your shrub is ready for use!
