  • 1 pint blackberries, fresh
  • 1/4 cup lavender, dried
  • 1 cup Demerara sugar
  • 1 cup champagne vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 48 hours.
  2. Strain fruit mixture into a bowl, pressing with a spoon to fully extract the juice.
  3. Transfer juice to storable bottle or container. Your shrub is ready for use!
