Eggnog Martini Recipe

This Eggnog Martini recipe takes the classic cocktail and dials up the baking spices and nuttiness, then adds a dash of orange zest to make you a little extra merry and bright.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz nocino (black walnut liqueur)
  • 1/2 oz amaretto
  • 1/4 oz allspice dram
  • 3/8 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz eggnog
  • 1/8 tsp orange zest
  • Cinnamon, for rim
  • Sugar, for rim
  • Orange slice, for rim
  • Chai cookie, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine cinnamon and sugar on small plate. Mix together. Run middle of orange slice around martini rim so that a 1/4” of juice coats the rim all the way around. Dip rim in cinnamon sugar. Set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with speared chai cookie. Enjoy!
