Ingredients
- 1 small peach, sliced
- 2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz peach liqueur
- Juice of half lemon
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 9-10 drops of rose water (about 1/8ish tsp)
Instructions
- Muddle peach, lemon juice, and cardamom in a shaker.
- Add gin, peach liqueur, simple syrup, rose water, and ice. Shake well.
- Strain into martini glass (you’ll likely want to use a food strainer, because a bar strainer might be too fine)
