Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
- 8 whole graham crackers, coarsely broken
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Tart Filling
- 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Bourbon Praline Sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Graham Cracker Crust
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Add graham crackers to a food processor. Pulse until crumbled.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, crumbs, and brown sugar then stir until evenly moistened.
- In a 9” tart pan with a removable bottom, firmly press crumb mixture into bottom and up sides of pan.
- Bake until crust is firm to touch, about 8 mins. Cool crust on rack.
Tart Filling
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Beat in sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
Bourbon Praline Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, whisking constantly for 3 to 5 minutes or until thick enough to drizzle. Stir in pecans then transfer to a bowl. Let cool 3-4 minutes before drizzling over tart. Keep in mind that sauce will thicken a bit more while cooling.
Bourbon Praline Pecan Tart
- Spread tart filling into cooled crust. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, top with Pecan Sandy crumbles then Bourbon Praline Sauce.
