Rum and Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail Recipe
This Rum and Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail will bring you all the holiday cheer and then some! The secret ingredient is pecan liqueur, which brings everything together in an almost dessert-like way, but the dryness of the Prosecco balances it out so you can sip on a few rounds of this drink all party long.
- 2 oz barrel-aged rum
- 1/2 oz pecan liqueur
- 1/2 oz pomegranate liqueur
- 1/4 oz orange liqueur
- 1/4 lemon, juiced
- 3/8 oz simple syrup
- 4 dashes cardamom bitters
- 6 oz champagne flute
- Sugared lemon twist for garnish
- Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in shaker. Shake until well-chilled. Pour into 6 oz champagne flute. Top off with Prosecco and garnish with sugared lemon twist. Enjoy.
