You still get the creamy sauce and earthy veg, then we twist it up with grilled shrimp, a grilled baguette, and the deep savory and spicy notes from the chili crisp that round everything out and turn a classic into a legend.

Ingredients
Chili Crisp Shrimp Roll Salad
- 2 lbs raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Mr. Bing Chili Crisp
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Grilled Baguette
- French baguette, halved
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Chili Crisp Shrimp Roll Salad
1. Preheat grill with grilling tray to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with oil and spices until evenly coated.
3. Grill shrimp until cooked through and with a very light char. Remove from heat and let cool. Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
4. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, celery, onion, peas, mayonnaise, Mr. Bing, lemon, and salt and pepper to taste. Chill before use.
Grilled Baguette
1. Lower grill to medium heat.
2. Cut baguette in half lengthwise and generously drizzle inside of bread with oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place bread on grill cut side-down and cook for about 2 minutes or until bread is lightly charred and toasted. Remove from heat and turn off grill.
Chili Crisp Shrimp Roll
1. To build a sandwich, lay one romaine leaf on the bottom half of a baguette piece. Then top with Mr. Bing Shrimp Roll Salad and the other half to the baguette. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
