Pineapple Martini Recipe

To make a Pineapple Martini, you can’t just throw liquor and pineapple juice in a glass and call it a day. Well, you could, but it would be a very sad Pineapple Martini indeed. A bite of fresh pineapple is sweet and tangy and earthy and almost spicy. We wanted to give you a bite of fresh pineapple. That also makes you sing into your fork like it’s a microphone and tell everybody you love them.
