Chili Crisp Trail Mix Recipe

This Chili Crisp Trail Mix blends traditional and Asian flavors to give you a unique twist on a crunchy munchy favorite. Bag it up for the great outdoors, the office, long car rides, or any time you’re craving a handful around the house.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup pepitas
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks, broken in half
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup dried apricot, quartered
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp Mr. Bing chili crisp
  • 2 Tbsp honey

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Chili Crisp Trail Mix

  1. Preheat oven to 250ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, add cashews, peanuts, pecans, pepitas, pretzel sticks, chow mein noodles, and apricot.
  3. In a microwave-safe ramekin, add butter chili crisp, and honey. Microwave on high 10 seconds at time, stirring in between, until mixture is melted and well-combined.
  4. Pour chili crisp mixture over trail mix and toss until evenly coated. Transfer trail mix to foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minute intervals, stirring trail mix in between, until sauce has dried. About 60 minutes total.
