Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup pepitas
- 1 cup pretzel sticks, broken in half
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- 1 cup dried apricot, quartered
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp Mr. Bing chili crisp
- 2 Tbsp honey
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Chili Crisp Trail Mix
- Preheat oven to 250ºF.
- In a large bowl, add cashews, peanuts, pecans, pepitas, pretzel sticks, chow mein noodles, and apricot.
- In a microwave-safe ramekin, add butter chili crisp, and honey. Microwave on high 10 seconds at time, stirring in between, until mixture is melted and well-combined.
- Pour chili crisp mixture over trail mix and toss until evenly coated. Transfer trail mix to foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minute intervals, stirring trail mix in between, until sauce has dried. About 60 minutes total.
