Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz Parrot Bay coconut rum
- 1/8 oz Rumple Minze
- 1.25 oz cranberry juice
- 1/4 oz Pom juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Juice of half lime
- 4 oz Prosecco
- Fresh mint, for garnish
- Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except Prosecco and garnishes in a stemless wine glass. Swirl liquid in glass for 10 seconds. Fill with ice, then top with Prosecco. Stir a few times to integrate flavors. Garnish with fresh mint and cranberries.
