Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 3/4 oz coconut rum (40ish proof)
  • 1/4 oz Midori
  • 1/2 oz matcha green tea*
  • 1 oz fresh kiwi juice
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 oz coconut cream, melted
  • Kiwi slice, for garnish

 

*1/4 cup water to 1 tsp matcha powder

Instructions

  1. In a small ramekin, microwave about 2 Tbsp of coconut cream on high for 15-20 seconds, or until liquified.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled.
  3. Pour into coupe glass with skin-on kiwi slice as garnish.
